When running a Bingo Affiliate program, the least that a partner could expect is to get a response from an internal email. The fact that Cozy Partners choose not to respond to multiple queries raises some large red flags for us.

We think that the concept of a unified affiliate program for all of the bingo brands that fall under the Cozy umbrella is great. What is not so great are the response times and set up of the program.
Cozy Partner Issues
We will elaborate a little. There are some fantastic bingo rooms that make up Cozy Bingo, to promote these rooms you will know by now that you need to have an account with Cozy Partners.
The Bingo program itself is decent, they offer all of the usual tools, where it starts falling down is if you have a query. In specific if you have a payment query.
You see, Cozy Partners do not have an area to input your payment details, and if you have the temerity to email them to ask about this, do not expect a response.
We have not got a response despite emailing Cozy Partners from their Internal mailing system on 3 separate occasions. Is this down to pure negligence or simply not caring about the Bingo Affiliate program for products that are a part of Cozy Partners.
Cozy is very quick to try and push their brands to partners, they seem to be unwilling or unable to answer and attend to very basic issues.
Our recommendation for Cozy Partners must, therefore, remain as a proceed with caution one. If a Bingo Affiliate program is not even able to answer emails from its own internal system, how can it be trusted with your traffic and your players?
