Once upon a time, there was a brand new bingo network launched into the world of online bingo. Excitement was rife around the launch, with players and the industry as a whole keen to see what the new platform had to offer.
Quiz Show Bingo was the first of the brands to launch and with its opening came live bingo with a difference. The site opened in June 2011 but by 2012, the site had been rebranded as Lights Camera Bingo. At the time of rebranding, the quiz room remained open but shortly after was closed.
Poor Quality Bingo Interface From Jumpman Gaming
At launch, the aesthetics of the 15 Network bingo rooms was forgiven because it was a new bingo software platform. The design that looked like a first-year graphic design student had created it was accepted but over the years, it was often questioned as to why there had been no update.
Rumour has it that this is coming in March 2018 but is this too little, too late?
Over the years the 15 Network and Jumpman Gaming have stripped the bingo network of many of the features important to online bingo players. What was once exciting about the platform has now lost its appeal and bingo player numbers are indicative of this.
We visited one of the bingo sites at 5 pm one evening and found no bingo players, a Sunday afternoon visit found 24 players online but none playing bingo!
No Bingo Chat Hosts
There was no chat host on duty, no social interaction in the chat room and as we have already said, no one buying bingo tickets. It is a bit bizarre for a bingo network to not have a single chat host on duty. This does seem to be the case at the 15 Network.
What To Expect From The New Offering?
We have no idea what the new 15 Network is going to be bringing to the table but they had better have upped their game quite significantly in order to compete in the current bingo marketplace.
Hopefully, there will be a complete redesign of the software and some work done on the aesthetics. They will certainly need to invest some time in their bingo promotional schedule too.
However, we suspect that we’re going to see more emphasis on the slots and side games than bingo because it’s clear this is where the limited amount of players are on this bingo network.
We have over the years promoted a number of 15 Network Bingo rooms. These include favourites of ours including Tidy Bingo and Spice Bingo. It does pain us to see that bingo players do not appear to be playing at bingo rooms that were once vibrant and full of life.
We do of course hope that we are wrong about all of this and that there are players playing at the bingo rooms on the network. This might simply be a case of Jumpman Gaming not updating the fact that there are players in the rooms. If you don’t think it’s important to have a chat host on the network, updating player numbers will also be an irrelevance we suspect.
